cold and hot

I have a Dometic DM 2852 Refer. The freezer compartment works great but the lower compartment will not cool. This is the new style unit , the trailer is completely level, vents aren't blocked, no sign of (powder, liquid)leakage anywhere, no ammonia smell. I replaced the thermistor with no results. This is a factory set temperature refer and has been working perfect. Sits in my yard plugged in and operating continuosly between trips. Use the extra space to store items for the house and noticed this problem a week ago after sitting for about 2 weeks.
