We have no power to the GE Profile convection/microwave oven. Any suggestions on where that breaker may be located. Its not in the bedroom panel. Everything else works. 2008 Bounder 38S

I just spoke to Jim and his cell service is minimal and he was wondering if anyone knows where the fuse for this microwave is located. He insists that he doesn 't have a breaker. He may have left his glasses home. LOL.

Its not the breaker. I have power at the outlet the oven plugs in to. Is there a fuse in the oven itself?

I have my glasses and I cleaned them sometime before this trip started. I have good cell service but limited internet service. So as usual my buddy Cliff is mistaken. I would like to know where the breaker is for future info.

We do have the oven as part of the stove so biscuits in the morning for sure.

Hey Guys,

Stop hugging each other long enough for Jim to pass the biscuits and gravy. You may have a GE Profile Convection Microwave and there should be a fuse inside the rear cover that could be blown. Call 800-432-2737 before you listen to me.
The trick is to get it out to service so take out your installation manual and have Cliff read the instructions to you while I eat all of your great breakfast.

Forget it Steve. Some day I'll post proof positive that he will not invite anyone for a meal. I'll just need a little sideways picture. At the rate he is going he'll be as wide as he is tall, and he is tall.

I just repaired a friend's of mine GE. On the convection oven there is an overtemp thermistor on the top inside the duct work.. If you convect cook without the fan, it breaks at 305 degrees. It's a one shot deal. It has to be pulled out to fix. It's called a cavity T.C.O.

Here's a scematic and troubleshooting guide for the one I repaired. If you pull yours apart GE sticks this repair and diagram on the inside of the cabinet inside an envelope. Hope this helps.

Hey Wayne,
Sounds like you have tried to crash his breakfast before and failed.

Cliff,
Could you put in a good word for Wayne and me for an invitation?

Steve. I like you and Wayne too much to subject you to his poor excuse for cooking. Lets just say he does it without his glasses on if you know what I mean. The same way he drives.
