Convection oven tripping breaker

New Fleetwood Excursion on shakedown "cruise". DW attempted to bake some cookies. The breaker trips in about 30 seconds after running in convection mode. I reset the breaker and had her run it again while I watched the load on the panel. Looks like it is drawing right around 15 amps. This oven is on a dedicated 15 amp breaker. Book says 13 amps max. I suspect it could be a weak breaker but I'm also thinking maybe the oven is drawing a little too much or this should be a 20 amp circuit. Anyone had this issue?

Drawing 15 amps on a 15 amp breaker? The breaker may be doing exactly what it is supposed to do. Since it is new, I think I would call the dealer.

It is going in next week. We'll see what they come up with. I have tested under several power sources with the same results.

Could be a loose connection in the cb panel. Happened to me once. Tightening the connection on the cb solved the problem. But I agree, take it back too the dealer.

This did turn out to be a bad breaker. After replacing no more issues.
