Does my iota converter have to go to battery, then to 12v fuse panel, or does the converter power the 12v fuse panel direct. One more, can a 2 or 3 stage charger be used as converter to run 12v circuits or again does it have to go to battery first? Thanks

With today's modern charging systems, there is no need for a filtered side, battery, and non filtered connection points for the system. As long as the battery is connected to the 12 vdc distribution panel and the charging system is connected to the battery (they are just parallel) you should be good to go. You should always have a good battery in the system for higher amperage use apparatuses. This will increases the life of the charger and motors.

It can go either way. And yes, the Iota functions as both charger and converter (and does a great job of both).
