Country Coach Heating Problem

I have a 2008 Country Coach Inspire which has the AquaHot heating system. The blowers do not turn fast enough to heat it like I feel it should. I was told the fans in it are not the original as they did turn faster but were noisier so the voltage was reduced to slow them down. I was also told this could be changed back by replacing a relay. Does anyone know of this and what to do.

Can you give us the model number of the Aqua Hot system? Have you gotten online (www.vehiclesys.com) to see if you could download the service manual? Do you know who changed the wiring, or added components?

The model I have is the AquaHot 450-DE. I mentioned the problem to someone who worked with Country Coach RV's in Oregon and they told me about the change and said that Country Coach did it. I am mostly wondering if it is true and if anyone else has heard of it.
