We're on the road now 16 days with a rebuilt dash ac upgraded to r-34. Yesterday in and around Lancaster, PA., I noticed the 2 fans in the system are staying on in all conditions, ie., air turned off and engine and key in off. Any ideas?

Welcome to Irv Mike DMD.
A suggestion everyone should put their coach and chassis information in their profiles and also make up a signature that will be with your every post, it helps with your problems
The two fans if you have a Workhorse chassis will run until a set temperature has been reach of your engine coolant.
They are just doing their job.
The Dash air fans if you have a Evans AC/heater unit should shut down with power shut off to coach, will look at this PDF for trouble shooting.
