Do I have a Water Heater Bypass or Not??

A couple of info sheets came with my New-to-me RV, along with all the manuals, for parts that I originally assumed the rig had. Later I found that one of these parts wasn't there, so perhaps the previous owner had just picked up a flyer at an RV show or something like that. Now I am trying to figure out if I have the second item.

The info sheet says: Swan, Water Heater Bypass Valve, Model RMV-336.
Online I found: Swan, Prevent-a-Freeze, Water Heater Bypass Kits, Model #s RMV336AKP & RMV336AKB, Manual water heater bypass kit w/plastic (1st #) or Brass (2nd #) check valve includes lead free brass 3-way ball valve, plastic name plate & plastic (1st)/brass (2nd) check valve.

My question is for you water system experts is: Do I have this, Or Not???

1st photo shows whole pump system, with my post-it note labels, hot water tank in the background. 2nd photo shows close up of the only thing I think could possibly be the valve (looks like 2 cut-offs). 3rd photo shows the configuration of the red, white, and blue hoses, with fresh water tank on the far right through hole.

Thank you in advance for helping me solve this mystery.

Picture 2 , low point drains .
Not seeing water tank by-pass valves .
Here's what you'd usually see .

BTW I'll download and expand your photos to see if I'm missing anything.

OK even though your not set up with by-pass valves , you only need one connector to by-pass the heater , judging from what I can see.
Drain the heater tank from the outside by removing the plug , or anode rod ( depending on brand .
Remove the connection ( red circle ) cold water inlet and the hot water outlet ( red arrow ) and connect the two hoses together.
open the low point drains and taps, when water stops flowing out , turn the taps and low point drains off , remove the pump inlet hose and place into a container of RV plumbing anti-freeze and start the pump open every tap starting with the ones closest to the pump , don't forget to flush!

EDIT: BTW, there's a lot of plumbing in these photos that doesn't look original.
