Domestic NDA 1402 er11-call

I am getting an error message er11 on the display of my fridge. This looks to have been brought up three years ago but won't let me post because of the age of the post and there is no solution listed. Anyway, has anyone been successful at resolving this issue? We did replace the heating element in the freezer as instructed. The fuse listed to check is good and the other items the manual states to check seem to be fine. Is there a way to reset the fridge or is there something else that we are missing and need to check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just some suggestions...

Did you try removing all power (12v and 110v)? Try entering service mode then remove from power? Seems like it needs to have the error cleared????

Power was removed and it wouldn't go off. Yesterday, 12v power was removed and the error went away but it came back on a short time later. Everything still tests good as it did before. Should there actually be 12 volts at the circuit board?

The manual says...

12 Volts DC Connection

The refrigerator model NDA 1402 require a continuous 12 volt DC supply to maintain the automatic energy selector system and the auto defrost control system to function.

I saw on other posts (probably the same one you were referencing) where there was a way to test if you were getting power to the heating element.

I'm not experienced with these fridges but I have the same one and the manual so I am just throwing out suggestions.
