Dometic 1200 LRIM refrigerator no power to door

I have the dometic 1200 LRIM refrigerator

The unit does have the Norcold Recall device (yellow tag on line to it) and the unit also has the ARP fan control unit on it as well.

I have no power to on/off controls on front of refrigerator

Unit has the NorCold Recall device on it but the red-light is off. I do have power (120v) to the outlets that the fridge is plugged into. The ARP is flashing 0000 about once every 2-3 seconds and if I push the 'display' button just right will flash a 0A or at other times has 'flashed' a 32 or a 16 but is currently flashing a 17.

I have lost my documents for both the ARP unit and the norcold.

I have looked on the ARP site for documents but no luck and do have an email out to them. If anybody has the documents for the ARP, if they could email them to me, it would be appreciated.

I'm wondering if the fridge overheated and shut down but the fact that the red-light on the recall unit is off would not lead me to that conclusion.


I suspect that I have an 12V power / control board issue.


Any ideas on trouble shooting from here?
