We have a Dometic 2 door refrigerator model # NDA 1402 that keeps flashing a fault code 11 . They have changed the defrost heating element once and the control panel once. Now it is doing it again with the same fault code for the heating element. Anyone else having a problem with this model?

Fault code 11
With the items changed maybe they are missing the cause of 12v or 110v loose connection some where. Are these trained Dometic repair people are they using correct size heating element.
If not I would request one for this problem from Dometic, your under warranty.

My thoughts also 007. The repairs have been completed at a Dometic authorized service center so you would ASSUME they know what they are doing. Dometic is sending a new element to a different dealer as we are on the road, so we will see! Thanks for the input.

The saga continues. They have changed the defrost eelement three times and the control box once and this morning we were greated with fault code 11 again. Dometic response, "never run across this before" take it to any authorized dealer. I believe it's time for Monaco to get involved and apply some pressure to Dometic. I also had to change 3 Dometic air conditioners in one year in our 2006 coach. Anyone else having this much fun with Dometic?
