Dometic AC wiring to older Dometic thermostat

Hi. We have a 1995 Thor Residency. The control panel in the front AC unit went out and we purchased a replacement panel that doesn't have the ribbon cable wiring to match the thermostat. Can the wiring new wiring be adapted to the older thermostat wiring? We're waiting for our AC guy to show up.

Can you post a photo of what you have, also if your AC guy is a home AC guy, you should make sure he knows about RV air conditioner systems, as they operate at different control voltages than typical home air condition systems, and also switch connections in the opposite fashion.
