Dometic igniter no spark
I am boondocked on the beach in Texas.
Dometic Model RM 7732.
Running the genny AM and PM with the refer set on auto. Sometime yesterday the gas operation failed.
The igniter will not spark so no flame.
If I have the wife turn the frig on I can light the burner, good blue flame, but the gas valve shuts off the flame after about 30 seconds.
The frig has a Dinosaur board that I installed in 2011.
New board needed? Or something else.
I am running the genny to keep the frig cool but that is not a 24 hour fix.

Sounds like the ignitor is bad to me. Service manual Pg. 11 tells how to test the ignitor. The fact that you report manually lighting the gas and going out after 30 seconds of operation indicates the thermocouple could also be at fault. (pg. 20) I'd do the tests and clean the electrical connections.

On occasion, a big flake of rust will drop from the flue above the burner, shorting out the whole works.
My first move would be to get a good look at that area to see if you have something like that, or similar, going on. Wouldn't hurt to have a good look at all your electrical connections while you're at it.

I opened up all the baffles to get at the burner and it all is clean. As I stated earlier the burner will light manually but not stay lit.

Thanks for service manual link. I need to get off the beach, high wind and blowing sand, then in a park on shore power to keep frig cool I can start to test components.
Again,thanks

update
I am off the beach and no wind and blowing sand. In a rv park. I started checking voltages and all was good, 13.46 volts.
I decided to try the gas side again and guess what...it lit and stayed on.
I can blow the flame out and the igniter fires and the flames starts right back.
I have been playing with it for a hour and what ever I try it lights up...go figure.
I love RV appliances and all other systems.
I now think my voltages on the beach, boondocking, must have dropped below the 10 volts it takes to run the frig.
