I have a nda 1402 refrigerator in a 07' Diplomat and neither of the pancake fans appear to be working. Does anyone know if their is a fuse or sensor that contol these fans and if so where it is located? Thanks
Dan

I do not have the service manual with me at this time (it is at work) but I think there are fuses in the control board. Have you checked to see if you have power leaving the control board and running up to the thermostat for the fans? If so then it is not a fuse but could be a bad thermostat or wiring issue. Good luck and let us know what you find.

They are thermostatically controlled - are you sure it is hot enough for them to be on? Probably needs to be 120 or so in the cooling unit "chimney".

The thermostat is at the top rear of the fridge and virtually impossible to access without pulling the fridge.

Check your fuse holders for corrosion. There are 2 fuses and each holder can accumulate some corrosion inside and stop the fans from working .

Temporally place a 110 or 12v fan in back of fridge bottom of outside vent until you figure out fix.
