Dometic Penguin a/c fan replacement

Has anyone had experience replacing the fan blades on the above A/C

Depends on the unit.

Ours are about 10 years old and the inside blower broke a couple fins and shook like crazy.

Looked like a lot of work to get it out so we Made new ones and epoxied them in then used telephone 66 block bridge clips to balance.

I had cover and inner cover off and was afraid to damage the insulation around the evaporator. Didn't know if their was any way to get to the motor to replace both blades.

Top comes off the evaporator sections after removing screws around the parameter.
