dometic refer

Hey all, today we swapped out refers. Took Our Dometic 2820 out of our MH and put it in a MH we are buying. The one that was in it is shot. Ours has been working everyday since we bought it in '09.

After installing the dometic lights were flashing. In the past it usually indicated our 12v were low. In this case voltage is fine.
Acts like it is working but no lights, However they flash momentarily when being released.

The gas side fires when on propane but no indication of 110v. But all voltages are good.

Any ideas?

What lights were flashing?
Is there 120V at the outlet on the back side?

If you have no lights on the upper optical board, something is wrong.

Fluorescent lighting in the coach?
