To help you now; you should turn the refrigerator off and then back on in the auto mode. When you have 120vac and 12vdc (volts) available the refrigerator will use 120vac to operate when auto mode is selected. When there is no 120vac the refrigerator will switch to gas mode of operation provided you have good 12vdc and the lp gas is on. Check the receptacle, the refrigerator is plugged into with anything that works on 120vac.
The check light should not be on. There are a couple of things that could have made this light be on but I will not confuse you with them if after you have turned it off and back on with these good voltages and the light does not come back on. Let us know if it does; then you have a problem.
The white slide on the fresh food evaporator fins holds a thermistor (temp sensor) and moving it downward will make the refrigerator cycle at a colder temperature.
The change is slow and should be given 24 hours to stabilize. I would suggest not moving it at this point.
Above all make sure the coach is level to operate the refrigerator.
