Check flue and upper ventilation....debris, falling down insulation, birds nests

Fridge flame should be strong, BLUE and reach just inside the bottom of flue---Centered/Not touching sides

Also outside fridge compartment should be COMPLETELY sealed from inside of RV.
Top, bottom and sides .....

Are you running a roof vent fan and sucking outside air IN when this occurs?

If you smell something, you may have a burner problem. Incomplete combustion.

CO is an odorless, colorless gas. Do you smell your stove when its on ?

We don’t smell it with the stove on , but do sometimes smell it from furnace & water heater now that you mention it .
I wonder if it could be due to elevation . It something that has just started since we got here
