Dometic RM 1350 Frig

Have a 010 Bounder 35h with bad cooling unit. How difficult is this task for a DIY?
Should I purchase a rebuilt unit with 3 yr warranty vs OEM? thanks

Are you certain it is the cooling unit?
I found this link that is very interesting and may save you lots of dough.
Good luck.

Agree with Pullin' Chocks, many things to check before replacing the cooling unit. Many RV dealers will tell you its bad when it may be a simple element etc. If you do indeed need a new cooling unit check out RVCoolingUnitwarehouse.com. Good tips there as well as you can call David Force who runs the website and he will go over the process with you which may help you to determine whether it is within your skill set.
