Dometic rm2611 random check light
Anyy tips? It runs perfect off house power, off gas it's fussy. Check light comes on random, sometimes after a minute, sometimes after a day. Burner seems clean, has a nice flame, I'm stumped.
Money is an issue, where should I start?
Thank you

Welcome Deezil to irv2.
The trouble spec for check light says could be poor 12v supply, gas valves not completely open, wiring and mentions the thermal couple which over time can build up carbon deposits and has to be cleaned with soft cloth and contact spray.
The couple is in the burner flame which signals the control board when the burner needs to come on to cool the fridge.
I would clean that and check the 12v wiring on a wiring block at rear base of fridge and maybe your battery ground cable connection to your chassis frame all should be clean and tight.

Well. I put a second battery on it. All terminals are clean. Furnace and everything else work great. Both gas tanks fresh topped off, tried valve both directions....,

nobody out there has had an issue with a 2611?
To check gas pressure, what kind of guage do I need to buy?
Or should I buy a dinosaur board for it?

So its not working I would have to guess.
You followed the trouble section you see no spark when gas tries to ignite, you cleaned the burner probe, you have a good 12v to control board and fridge works good on 110v AC when plugged in to 110?

It actually lights off gas great, but sometimes runs for 1 min, or will run for a whole day. It cools great when it runs the whole time. Off AC it runs perfectly. It's just an inconsistent gas running issue. I ordered a dinosaur board today as I couldn't find any other help. Didn't know what else to try.

OK, hopefully this helps someone else in the future.
I put a dinosaur board in it last night, it lit right off and started cooling, so it seems to be working great now.
