Dometic RM3604 No Gas No Spark

Hello all, I have a Dometic RM3604 Most of the time it will not spark or open gas valve(will not light with lighter).
I have had this problem for years. Unplug at campground fridge won't light on gas, after a half hour or so of driving it will finally light on gas.
Gas valve has 19.2 ohms. (20 is spec.)
12volts going to igniter.
New electrode and lead.
Clean burner tube and jet and therocouple
All ground wires checked with continuity test.
The other day it rained and I tried fridge and it worked on gas. Now it won't fire. Tried 100 times since rain.
Do you think I need a new Control board?
Thank you!

Your symptoms suggest ground issue or a circuit board issue

The testing on your model of fridge can get confusing so rather then try to explain the procedure I have included a link to the Service Manual
See Section 4:10 Step 4 (pg 8 of manual) for test procedure on circuit board

Read it carefully, understand what you need to do BEFORE doing it.
DC must be ON to fridge and fridge ON so circuits will be LIVE

Hope that helps.

Updateid test's and failed #3 (below). Checked continuity through harness and was ok. So I got lucky and found the upper board on ebay. Fingers crossed, we will see if it fixes Problem.
Thanks again, I'll let you know if it works.

3. AES FUNCTION LAMP
NOTE: The following checks should be made on the
upper circuit board and harness assembly BEFORE
replacing the upper circuit board or wiring harness.
These checks are to be done with the wiring harness
REMOVED from the lower circuit
board and the ONOFF switch
turned to "ON".
Measure resistance between the
brown terminal on the 7-pin
connector (positive [+] lead from
meter) to the brown terminal on
the 10-pin connector (negative
[] lead from meter). The proper resistance is
approximately 26,000 ohms.
NOTE: If the check on the AES function lamp is not
correct, verify the wire harness has continuity. If wire
harness is good, replace the upper circuit board.
