9 times out of 10, the drl indicator in the dash will come on as do the outside running lights when I start the MH. Ocassionally it will not or if I hit a fairly noticeable bump when traveling, the drl indicator and outside running lights will go out. What/where would one check as it appears that I have a loose wire maybe or module.

DRL ??? Day Time running Lights
If they are coming on when vibrations from road cause them to go off I'd be looking for loose ground wire for them near light locations or ever battery supply near them also.
If you have a Workhorse chassis may want to check the ignition wiring harness over the bend in steering column wires could be shorting on metal bent, place spaghetti wrap around wires over bend.
There is also a relay in main fuse box if WH chassis.
