Duo Therm A/C

I have a 2006 Beaver Monterey. Both A/C units stopped working, screens on thermostats went blank. Replaced both stats and both control boards in units. Still no power to stats. Anybody have any idea where the stats pick up 12 volt power?

12 volt power comes from one (or both) of two places

1 The fuse panel for the house (the 12 volt panel)
2: VIA (in some cases) the Furnace

12 volts comes from the rooftop ac

You shoukd have 120 cac and 12 vdc both going up.

Pull cover inside and check wiring and voltage there if junction box is there.

Checked every 12 volt fuse in the panel in the bathroom, all are good. Not getting 12 volt to roof for either unit . Both units stopped at same time. Where does 12 volt come from? I know it comes from the batteries then to the bathroom panel all fuses there are good and have 12 volts. Is there a fuse somewhere between panel and unit?

As mentioned check for 12 vdc at the furnace if you do not have 12 vdc to any roof unit and all house fuses are good. Let us know what you find.

What are you using to check 12V? You need a volt meter, and at least a test light.

As stated, check fuses with proper tools first. Then I would go to furnace if power is not at roof units.
