Duo Therm Comfort Control Thermostat won't switch to furnace

This is on my Brother's coach, a 99 HR Endeavor, it says to push and hold 'mode' until furnace comes on, but it won't bring furnace up on the display, and it goes really fast through the settings for some reason.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!

Did the control get switched over to zone 2 . That zone only controls the rear air conditioner. You have to get to zone 1 for furnace settings.

Found a manual online, have to press and hold the fan and mode buttons at the same time to change zones.

Thanks Skip!
