My ac fan is having problems starting. It seems to do it intermittently. I replaced the capacitor and it worked fine for a few times then started having the same problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mark

Welcome to iRV2.com, Mark! I seem to remember some posts about this, here's one thread. Basically, cleaning and lubing the shaft fixed the problem. I believe these motors are "permanently lubricated" so lubing may only work temporarily. BTW, here is the service manual for your A/C.

Good Luck!
Stewart

I had the problem of the AC fan being hard to start. A neighbor in the CG told me to climb on the roof, take the AC cover off and beat it with a hammer.... Well, it was hot, so I tried it. Took the cover off and GENTLY tapped the AC components up on the roof with the hammer. Climbed back down and tried to start the AC again and it worked like a charm. Been working fine ever since....
