All circuits in RV had worked previously, both on generator and shore power. Now, something is amiss and the only change is
where you are connected to shore power.
Begin troubleshooting from the shore outlet. Since all circuits work properly on generator, your RV circuits are good. The only "new" elements are the shore outlet and the power cord, with its connectors, to the transfer switch. Don't assume the transfer switch is working properly just because it "appears" to. Test the voltage in and out of the TS when on shore power if you cannot discover any fault upstream to the power outlet.
