At the RV park I'm staying at the voltage off the 30amp plug is reading 137 V, seems high too me. What are the ramifications of the voltage being this high over the long term or short term(if any).

Falcon88, where are you taking the voltage reading from, and what type of meter are you using. 137volts is high, if you are using a RMS type volt meter.

I'm not an electronics expert by a long shot only attributing my limited knowledge from postings on this forum, but as others will probably confirm, your a little to high on incoming voltage. I hope you have a surge guard or equivalent hooked up also to your RV.

A 10% tolerance is allowed in the 120 volt supply.
That puts the upper limit at 132 volts.
An EMS would block 137 volts for your protection.
There is a good chance that some electrical/electronic device will have a shorter life span operating at that high of a voltage.

If you check the other leg of your system I'm betting you'll have about 103v. If so, I'll also bet you have a loose common wire, likely at the pedestal or a little further up the supply side. Yes, this can be very detrimental and I wouldn't run anything electrical 'till you have it resolved. Call the CG and have them send over an electrician.
Been there, done that. My overload protection device saved me from further damage.
