These appear to be 15 amp, 1500 Watt heaters and you will not get anymore heat or any more efficient heat out of these than you will a $30.00 one from Lowe's. The claims made by some of the heater si really stretching the truth.

The heat is limited by the 15 amp circuit...volts x amps = Watts
So Watts / volts = amps

1500 / 120 = 14. 16 amps

1500 Watts = 5122.5 btuh

That is all you will get from restive heat.

The 450–watt envi is 19 inches wide, 22 inches high, just 2 inches deep, and weighs only 10 pounds. The envi is proudly made in the USA to ISO 9001–certified quality manufacturing standards.

It appears this is not a 1500 watt heater.
