my bathroom fantastic fan semi-automatic dome opening motor quit opening the dome and the motor ran all the time that the switch was on. i had to partially dissemble it to make it work manually.
i called steve at technical services at 800.521.0298. he ups'd me a new motor and all the mechanisms that he thought i might need at NO COST to me.
15 minutes later my fan is working as it should again.
what great customer service!

WORKHORSE and WINNEBAGO need to take a lesson from them in customer service. their brakes have had an issue for 9 years now.

Fantastic is a very good company. I've had good experiences with them as well. However, in all fairness to Winnebago and Workhorse, it's a whole different ballgame running a full-blown vehicle manufacturing organization. Being highly responsive in a one-product company is manageable. For a multi-billion dollar manufacturing plant that makes and assembles thousands of components, that same level of service and support is logistically and financially impossible.
