Fantastic Fan Power Cover w/Wall Switch?

Looking at an options list I see a line item for a Fantastic Fan Power Cover w/Wall Switch. If the unit already has a Create-A-Breeze Fan w/Cover, is the Fantastic Fan Power Cover w/wall switch an upgrade to the existing fan cover?

The , with power cover & the wall switch control , is the tell tale option there , the create-a-breeze may require reaching up to the ceiling to, open the lid and access the controls and use the fan.
