Fleetwood American Dream inverter problems

My father has a 1999 American Dream and it has a heart interface model 20 that says they are specifically developed for Fleetwood coaches. It has been working fine until he plugged it in using the shore plug to a 20amp plug like he does every week. He noticed it wasnt charging and no power in the coach, however it works fine with the generator. Ive taken the cover off of the inverter and while plugged in 5 of the 8 relays on top are powered closed, then every 20-30 seconds they drop power for a second then power back closed. It continues to "flicker" these relays, the 3 relays that are supplying the shore power are never activated the others are the ones that "flicker".
Anyone familiar with these heart interface inverters?

Thanks,
Tony

My first thought is to check the Automatic Power Transfer Switch. It's what switches when you either use shore power/inverter or generator. Just make sure you can hear it switch .

These relays are what do the power transfer between shore, generator and inverter power.

Problem is you can't get any parts for them any more. About the only thing to do is change out to a new inverter. I'd suggest a Magnum 2800 Pure Sinewave. You'll also need to install a separate Transfer Switch, since your existing one is built into the original. Its not an easy job, so if you're technically challenged, expect a pretty $$$ labor charge.
