Fleetwood Excursion

I have a 2006 Excursion 39v. the heater is controlled by a comfort zone thermostat. there is two heaters in the coach,one on each side and one for each zone This has heat pumps also. The heat pump for zone 2 works fine (bedroom) but the furnace on the full length slide does not work. Does any one have any ideas. I have not found the fuse for the heater

Fuse will be in the panel with the other house fuses, one other thing you can try is if it's Atwood open the panel on the outside and unplug the connector off the board on the left sometimes they get tarnished and clean with electronic cleaner
