Flickering Light

2004 Holiday Rambler Vacationer PCT. The previous owner replaced most of the fluorescent tubes with LEDs and they are really nice. One small problem is the one over the kitchen sink. Every time we run the fresh water pump the light flickers. None of the other lights do that so it does appear to be isolated. I checked voltage at a few of the other lights and it runs anywhere from 12.8 to 13.2. The voltage at the switch over the kitchen sink is 11.7. I am guessing that could cause the flickering when the pump runs. It looks like the wiring that was spliced in for the LEDs is pretty thin but I'm not sure if that would cause a reduced voltage.

Thoughts?

You have already checked the voltage and found it low, so the first thing I would check is any connections or wire splices going to the switch and the light. Corrosion or a poor connection can cause a voltage drop.

Obviously the low voltage is coming from the original wiring so the low voltage existed before the LED's were installed. The low voltage was probably not noticed because the old light had a transformer that boosted voltage for the fluorescent light. Some people will call it a ballast but that's used on AC circuits and we're working with 12 v DC here.
