Floating Ground on Generator

Just bought a Generac inverter generator for my TT. I know this has been asked quite a bit and I've watched a couple of videos on YouTube, but I want to make sure I have the correct answers first. When I plug in the generator to the camper, I get an E 02 on my EMS (open ground). If I turn off the EMS protection, everything runs normally. I've seen some posts and videos about the Edison plug. When I test voltage on the generator outlets, I've got 62 volts on each side. I just want to make sure I can use one of those plugs as a work around or I can turn off the EMS and I'll still be ok. Thanks in advance!

Yes you can. Jump the neutral, silver screw to the green, ground screw in the plug. Then plug it in one outlet.

They are correct. If I plug my MH into my inverter series genset without the ground plug the EMS will not allow voltage to pass through to main panel.
