Your commode is very easy to take up...
2 nuts off of bolts and it will come free
Unhook water line first n make sure water pump and/or shore water is in/op
Have a paper plate handy to cover the hole in the floor while you take the commode out. Upon a simple inspection it is easy to see all of the workings as they are mounted on the outside.
Maybe you will just have something unhooked. Parts for that toilet are readily available at RV parts stores or even CW.
Depending on the age of the commode you might be well served to go ahead and replace the floor seal(s) as well for a couple of extra bucks. IMO
