Fridge access panel latch part
Can anyone help locate a replacement part for those 2 plastic twist locks that latch the bottom of the out side fridge access panel???
One side is sprung and will not secure.

BTW: I pack some water proof grease into , inside portion of the locks , every time I have them off , makes them easier to turn to remove and , who knows, they may last longer.

Another tip is to get a small piece of chain or cable and zip tie it to the cover and then attach inside the fridge area. If that panel falls off, at least it will stay attached.

Great forum advice on the plastic latches.
We did not realize there were two lengths until you mentioned it. The safety chain is another great idea seeing how a custom paint replacement door could probably not be duplicated without large $$$$ donations. Something we are temporarily in short supply of at the moment.

X2 on bringing one with you. I bought the shorter latch and had to run back to the rv parts store to get the right length. My goof on assuming there was on one kind.
