There is probably a cable that connects the "eyebrow" control panel to the main board. Either that is disconnected, or maybe you caused some damage to it somehow. You didn't mention a fridge brand or model, so I'm just guessing.

If you had cooling in the freezer but not the fridge, checking the control board was pointless. That's a cooling unit problem, not electronic.

How long did you have fridge turned on when freezer was working but food section wasn't?

Initial startup on a RV absorption fridge is 12 hrs minimum.'
Freezer gets cooling effect 1st.....not much cooling left over for food section UNTIL freezer gets down in temps then food section will cool down IF cooling unit isn't blocked.

The lower board and eyebrow have a cable connecting them (P1 position on lower board) and then on eyebrow
Need DC power to lower board and then the DC fuse (and contacts) have to be good for rest of circuits to work----
No display lights, no interior fridge light (if equipped) then NO DC ......

DC to fridge, DC thru fuse on lower board then bad cable/harness or more likely connections (unless you let the eyebrow smoke out)

All good now, took panel off again and squeezed the contacts a little more for the fuses now it's working and I'm pretty sure now I just needed to wait long enough for the fridge to kick on
