Remove the cover and check the control board to see if it is sitting in a puddle of water.

3 things will cause rv furnace fan to run when thermostat off
Shorted thermostat leads.......replace wire/wires
Defective 'blower' circuit on circuit board (use to be time delay relay)---replace circuit bd
Defective thermostat....replace themostat

I have a 2016 Flair, had the same problem after a heavy rain, fan would run and make clicking noises even with the system turned off. I removed the outside cover and found the control board sitting on a metal shelf which had collected water during the rain shorting out the control board. Once dried off it worked properly again. It is also an Atwood furnace.

Almost guaranteed it's a bad circuit board.

Also could be high temp sensor in the furnace. It's the reason the fan runs for a time after the flame is discontinued, let's the furnace cool the shuts down.

Rocky.. did you find the cause of your furnace fan problem?
The reason I found this thread...i washed the RV today and when I went back in the furnace fan was running. I have the HR Admiral - same coach as J.Smith - it eventually quit, but I suspect I have the same issue as j.smith.

Yes I did, wife was taking a shower when I was outside and I saw water pouring out of furnace enclosure, though I had broken drain pipe but it turns out the shower enclosure had split leaking water, now more to fix
