Furnace issues????

OK so I have 2 furnaces in our coach, Zone #1 front furnace Zone #2 bedroom furnace, I also have Heat pumps on the roof zoned same as furnace. Here's the Issue, with the thermostat set to Gas Heat Zone #1, BOTH furnaces run (front furnaces is suppose to be the ONLY one running on zone #1) on Zone #2 only the rear furnaces runs as it should be. Set the thermostat to Heat Elect. Zone#1 and the front roof heat pump comes on as it should AND the rear furnace turns on too. It seems that ANY time I select either Zone #1 heat option the rear furnace Zone #2 always kicks in and it's not suppose to.

A few questions.
What brand of thermostat is in your coach ?
Is this a new problem; on a coach you've had since new; or a problem on a new to you coach?
When you select furnace on zone 1, and set the temperature , does the temp also increase the same amount on zone 2? If so can you decrease the temp on the zone 2 read out without the zone 1 set temp going down?

Skip, this is a new problem that cropped up last year. The thermostat is a Coleman. When selecting zone 1 the temp stays the same on zone 2. This is the way it's always been so changing the temps should not effect it. I've the feeling that it's a sign of a failing Thermostat. If someone can show/explain how to take the thermostat apart so I can unplug it and do a hard reset this might solve the issues.

If you want to try a hard reset, then disconnecting shore power & disconnecting the coach batteries , either by using the disconnect or removing the ground cable from the batteries should do the trick.

It's my understanding in order to do a true hard reset, you have to disconnect the thermostat it's self. For me to unhook the coach batteries is quite a task being as they're below the basement floor and between the coach frame rails, (AGM's).
