The night is going down to 10-14 degrees. I went out to start my furnace in my Holiday Rambler but on my thermostat the furnace was not an option. Normally I would turn my Duo Therm on at the thermostat, then press mode through the fan then cool then furncae would be available. Tonight for some reason furnace would not show on my thermostat as an option. Any ideas why? Currently it is 28 degrees in my MH.

You can "Hot Wire"the Furnace ! I used an Old Thermostat for a baseboard Heater to use as a control! The wiring is pretty obvious right on the Furnace. On Ours the wires are held together using Wire Nuts. The 2 that trigger the furnace are the only ones that use Single strand wire.

So you think the thermostat is what's causing the issue? Or are you indicating maybe a card. Other than not having "furnace" as an option the thermostat seems to be working fine.

There may be a Blown Fuse ,a faulty Relay ,or just a loose connection in one of the connections at the Furnace. There could be a bad connection at the roof AC Unit as well or a defect in the Control board. There is a trouble shooting guide available on line from Bryant RV that will be useful.
Since the rest of the CCC is operating you may just have a loose Wire or Fuse issue!

Robs probably right, furnace thermostats are powered from the furnace transformers and if one is not working, or not connected (loose/corroded wire?) then the thermostat may not sense and display it.
Could jump the wires on the thermostat (provided you know which ones are relavent) and see if the furnace comes on. If so, the tstat may be bad.

I think my house batteries have gone kaput. I am thinking this may be the reason for my dilemma. If the furnace runs on 12v from the inverter. Does this make since? In any case I will have to replace my batteries. That will tell.

Both the t-stat and the furnace do need 12v, but your inverter/charger should be supplying plenty if you are plugged in. If not, it could be the batteries.

This should get it going:
RESET COMFORT CONTROL CENTER
1. Turn control on to insure enunciator data and light are present. If data and light are present, continue with next step.
2. Press mode switch to activate enunciator light.
3. Simultaneously press the bottom two buttons (Temperature up and down) and hold.
4. While holding these buttons down, press the mode button once and release.
5. Release the two buttons previously held down.
6. Depress the mode button once again.
7. At this time the light should extinguish and the mode should register OFF. If not, repeat steps 2 through 6.

You have two zones on your DUO-THERM the furnace is in zone #1 you select MODE and press Zone to move between ZONE's 1 & 2.
Your furnace also works through a control unit in your first AC. Look at diagram in link.
We recently had someone with your same problem and he swapped the control unit in rear AC with first AC and got his furnace working.

I hate electronics. They complicate a simple system.

It could make everything more simpler just do not have heat pumps,AC's, zones 1 & 2 and even 3 in some case's.
Just a simple thermostat.
Controls get more complicated cause everyone wants all these features.

Maybe you are in the wrong zone. Make sure you are in zone 1 for furnace.
