Furnace Probems

Hi first of all I hope I'm in the right spot... My prob. is I have a2007 tiffin allegro bus my prob. is i have 2 furnaces my main one works (main coach) but the other will not go(bedroom).I have replaced with a new thermostat Rv comfort Zc are these furnace tied into the heat-pumps on top any help would be appreciated. thanks all

Did you allow the new T'stat to program itself before trying to activate it? You may want to reset the T'stat. Make sure the switch is in the off position unplug the T'stat data cable, wait a minute and then plug it back in. If I remember correctly you push the mode and zone button simultaneously (Do Not Turn On the T'stat) and wait for it to find all the parameters. To answer your questions, the furnace does get its control power from the roof units.

Thank You RV WIZARD for for the help how long does it take to find it parameters...also could it be the control board up in the heat-pump thanks again.
