I was cleaning my MH today and checking a few things and heard a clicking sound. followed it to the furnace cover. sounds like the self starter, I thought the battery switches were off, I found out I have to hold the switch a second or two to turn off or on. when finally off the clicking stopped. when on it starts again. thought my battery would be dead but wasnt. is the furnace controlled from the inside thermostat or is there procedure for startup, propane is off. Its a 92 Fleetwood Bounder 31

The furnace is controlled by the thermostat and should have an on/off switch. I'm not familiar with your particular coach setup, but the switch tab might be on the bottom of the thermostat.

When my home furnace makes that same clicking sound, it means the burner needs cleaned. May be your problem with mh furnace.
