Furnace won't shut off 2

This is a continuation of a previous thread that was started in 2009 under the heading of furnace wont shut off, my parents have the same ac/furnace combo and is doing the exact same as the last thread, problem is the thread did not offer a solution, hopefully the moderator from there may know of a solution or of another thread with the solution. Greatly appreciate if someone can help. We have already done everything from the previous thread AND changed every component on the furnace, only thing left is the ac card. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry you're here with problems .

I would ask a favor.
Could you add your parents RV info, to this post ; along with furnace make and model and A/C and thermostat, brand and model numbers. So members who read this post don't have to search for the original to find out if they can answer your questions.
The link you've posted doesn't work for me .
EDIT: I found the original post and I'll try to get a link to work .

furnace keeps running

I have a '16 Jayco Precept with Atwood furnace in it. In June (IN FLA no less) blower fans started running and would not shut off. Trouble shot it over the phone with dealer and to stop it had to flip switch in the furnace it self. I have dual coleman roof top AC units with thermostats (digital) on each and one has the switch to heat. Was leaving on long trip summer time so had to either cut power to the furnace cause the fuse shut down the ac also since thermostats controlled both. Found switch inside furnace flipped that for the trip. Since then dealer found board in the Atwood furnace is bad and replacing. Dealer referred to it as ignitor board. Hope that may help
