Gen set not charging house batteries

So about a month ago we brought our MH into the shop and had the cooling system rebuilt on our generator. I started it when we picked it up and it ran great just as usual. But when I started it on Sunday to charge up and do the monthly stuff I noticed that the intelli system lights were showing that that battery wasn't charging while it was running! Lights were blinking and showing less than 10 volts! I checked the batteries with a voltmeter and batteries were reading 9.4. I shut down the gen set and put it on shore power and batteries were back to 13.4! Anyone have any ideas?

Is there a breaker on the generator and is it ON?

When the generator is running ensure you have 110V at the outlets in the coach, the converter will not charge the batteries if there is no 110V...if no 110V then most likely the breaker on the generator needs to be reset.
