When you say the AC will trip off what exactly do you mean? Does the circuit breaker for the Air Conditioning trip? Does the generator stop running?

When this happens:
- does the generator stay running
- does it sound like the generator bogs down/chokes on a power surge when the a/c starts back up?
We've had some rough running with our Onan 5500 generator over the past year. It started with the generator not staying running unless we held the start button down. We resolved that with an aftermarket replacement system board.
After we replaced the board, genny ran, but ran really rough and rich (lots of carbon buildup and spit out the exhaust pipe) on startup *until* it got a load on it - about 30seconds to 1 minute. After that it ran as expected.
We also ran into regular instances where the generator would bog down when the 2nd a/c was turned on and in some cases, would shut off completely under heavy load. When we experienced the generator "bogging down", it would shut off the electrical supply to the RV until it "leveled" itself off.
We use our generator a LOT. Unless we are travelling in the winter, the generator is always running (with the roof a/c's on) while we are driving. Our generator runs for days on end (with brief stops for oil level checks) when we are at NASCAR races - in most cases, it starts running on Thursday and doesn't stop until we get home on Monday/Tuesday.
Last week I decided to do a "parts" overhaul on the generator and she's now purring like a kitten. No more rough running at startup, no more bogging down when I kick on either or both a/c's.
While your generator is much newer than our '05 model, the first thing I would look at is replacing the fuel filter - it's a ~$15 part that could potentially solve your issues.
For us I replaced:
- fuel filter
- carburetor (onan had a design change on both the filter and carb)
- air filter
- fuel line between fuel pump and carb
- oil change (do this regularly anyway)
Plus I just got 2 new spark plugs delivered today.
Good luck with your troubleshooting, you're bound to get a lot of good suggestions from the iRV2 members.

It trips over a flap in the carpet? It trips because it's drunk? It trips because it ate some brownies of suspicious origin? What does trip mean and how do you un-trip it? Or does it stay tripped until it quits tripping for some reason? And what does "bith" mean? It's not in my dictionary.

Does the a/c, after it trips while driving, come back on at any point? I'm just wondering if you're hearing it cycle off after it reaches its temperature setting.
Our will turn off while driving when it gets to the temp we set - but only for a few minutes - as the heat coming from the windshield changes the air temp pretty quickly, at which point the a/c comes back on.

The ac circuit breaker shuts itself off, what i was getting at individually they both run fine uts just going down the road and no it does not reach the temp set at yet,no it does not come back on because the switch is off on the power board
