IF you have an inverter, it is common for them to power the GFCI loop (So you can use your electric razor when boondocking) and for them to have circuit breakers.. Also there may be a 2nd breaker panel (My coach has the latter)
Finally, check for power in to the GFCI, (use volt meter) make sure it's coming in.. One common problem which may look a lot like "No power" is a wet patio outlet.. This causes the GFCI to trip instantly when you re-set it.. Since it won't (usually) reset without power it may appear you have no power when what you have is a ground fault.
To test for this: If the voltmeter (or test lamp) shows power TO the GFCI,, do not hook up the leads going farther down.. just the power in. If it now works, then shut off the breaker and finish the hookup, if it now trips.. You have a down-line issue.
