Go into settings and check a few things.
Ours is older so different things but you will get idea.
Do NOT select shortest route as it will take surface streets and other odd things to save a tenth of a mile.
Wanted us to take 49 golden chain hwy instead of 99 to get to reno.
Left turns and u turns as it will take odd route to avoid those.
Toll roads off ours wanted to go long way arround so bay to avoid paying a toll.
