Need some hardware parts for our jayco awning. Brackets and other parts.
Made by carefree. I can find the canopy but need several parts of the metal framework. Would like to see a parts diagram if anyone can steer me toward one. Awning is on 31 ft. Jayco JayFlight. Thanks

Years ago when I had a travel trailer I needed parts for my Carefree Awning. I called them direct and they sent the parts to me. They were very helpful.

Carefree no longer provides parts to end users, even for a fee. They send you to a dealer to order parts. I'd would use PPL Motorhome Parts - they are very good at helping you identify what you need and their prices are as good as anybody's.

Well in that case, I too would recommend PPL Motorhome Parts. I have purchased handles for my refrigerator and my Brake Buddy from them. Gary is correct, they are very helpful. They have a parts list on their website which could help you find the parts your need.

I can also vouch for the extreme helpfulness of PPL Motorhome parts. The rep there spent a great deal of time with me finding a mud dauber screen to cover our openings (water heater, frig, furnace) -

Still looking, have talked to Carefree, didn't realize there are so many different awning configurations. Right on, they do not sell, told me to contact a dealer. I am still looking under every rock , I will follow up on your leads, thanks again.
