HELP!

Hello,

Just purchased my first RV; a slide-in, pop-up camper. Has all sorts of bells and whistles, none of which I have a clue as to how to operate.

I live in Phelps County Missouri and would greatly appreciate someone telling me where I can go and get "educated" on its use.

The reason why I am clueless after the purchase is because I bought the camper from a third-party whom, like me, was as clueless. The camper came without any owner's manual.

Thank you!

What is the name or logo on your camper? Perhaps there is a metal plate somewhere with some info. Perhaps there is a paper sticker inside a cabinet or elsewhere with some info. Do you know the year of mfr?

Can you post a picture?

Thanks for the reply. It's a Warrior 7.0. All research indicates the manufacturer went out of business in 2008.

Most owner's manuals are like an auto manual, full of generic legalize like, "clean seat belt with mild detergent..." etc. Most of it is just to satisfy lawyers.

Best bet is to make a list of each manufactured system in your RV, heater, Refrigerator, etc., then look up those manufacturers. Many have PDF files available for download. Also, check this website's FILES tab at the top and see if information is available.

Enjoy your new RV!

Take it to a campground and rent a site for the weekend. Almost any experienced RVer can and many will be willing to help you with how to operate the unit. We are a friendly bunch. Good luck, congratulations and keep us posted.

If you know nothing, lesson 1 is to make sure it's tied down to the truck!
Especially on the front of the camper!
