HERE is a link to a post describing how to download a 1999-2009 Chassis Guide from Workhorse. The information you're looking is probably in there. I think you may have to have your chassis registered on the Workhorse web site to be able to download, but that's easy to do if you have your VIN. Just follow the Workhorse link, click "My Workhorse" at the top, then click "Register."

There have been several discussions about the Workhorse parking brake over on the Workhorse Chassis Forum section of iRV2. If you have specific questions about the brake, post a question over there, and I'm sure you'll get a response.
