Had a false reading. Did a reset and the ff came up like it should. But when I released the buttons it had a EE reading and the backlight STays on all the time. As you know this controls all the heating systems. We are in lincoln City Oregon trying to stay warm with a space heater. Any ideas out there???

Thanks Dave

Davestoy...
I also made a shortcut to RV Systems down below forum to possibly get you some more exposure.

Is your unit an AC-Heatpump-Furnace unit? Also...what is the model # of the Comfort Control Center?

Davestoy,
I just looked through my manuals for my comfort control center. I didn't find anything in it that would help. I did a search on google and found a troubleshooting section. The only thing I could find in that was a mention to check your DC voltage supply. How are your batteries? Here is the linkservice documents for comfort control center

Its a Duo-therm 5 button comfort control center. I have two heat pumps. Im thinking it may be the board in the center?

How did you do last night? I can tell you that it did get cold last night at Camp Monaco. The water at the spigot was frozen this AM!

Dave,
You might want to try resetting it by switching off all power to the coach. Both at the 50Amp breaker on the pole and also the battery cut-offs. Leave off for 10-30 minutes (as long as you can without freezing) and then turn back on.
Sometimes not feeding these things make them re-think their role in our lives..

Thats a good idea Sacs. May try that tomorrow while we are out crusing around. Talked to the Monaco tech. In turn they called Dometic and that problem was new to them. They did say the reading of the EE showed a comunication problem beween the componits and C C C. I still think it the control compfort board.

Thanks
Dave

Did you find anything helpful in the technicial links "sticky" at the top of this board? I've lost my link to the complete service manual from Dometic, seems like the download is around 120+ pages.
